Reporting to the Team Manager, you will manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, provide support to injured workers, liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders and build upon your existing skills. How You’ll Make An Impact Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, acting as the first point of contact for injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, legal specialists and rehabilitation consultants. Undertake a variety of determinations for weekly benefits, medical expenses and other recovery requirements. Provide education to injured workers and employers to support them in all aspects of the claims process. Participate in broader business projects and initiatives, contributing to our continuous aim of providing the best service to our clients. Maintain claim files, perform data entry and comply with all regulatory measures. About You Previous experience in a case‑management role, managing a mixed portfolio of physical and psychological claims. An empathetic approach and a drive for results. Exceptional customer‑service skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. Intermediate technological skills and the ability to effectively use databases and phone systems. Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, capable of working independently and juggling competing priorities. A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. A resilient attitude.
