The full-time role : As an Assistant Manager at Snooze Moore Park, you will be a motivated, sales-driven, goal-oriented individual who can develop your team. In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. What you'll be doing : Working harmoniously, leading a small team, supervising and coaching team members Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations Delivering an awesome customer experience Sales experience is essential along with a good memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest It’s also helpful if you have a natural interest in creating beautiful bedrooms for our customers. You will have : Some experience in managing a small team Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred but not essential Exceptionally high standards of customer service Leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members Adept computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage) The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best Effective communication skills, written and verbal The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time At Snooze, we reward being authentic, showing respect, taking responsibility, and working together in the constant pursuit of improvement.
