Veterinary Director - Greencross South Tamworth Company Description Greencross South Tamworth is both a GP hospital and small animal referral service, accepting referrals from approximately 60 regional and surrounding clinics. They offer advanced medical and surgical services that clients would otherwise be required to travel to a capital city to receive. Role Overview In this role you will lead our diverse team including an anaesthetic specialist, and a wealth of experienced vets with special interests in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, medicine, general surgery, and exotics. Your package includes access to the Lincoln Learning Institute's Leading Edge for Veterinarians, a 52‑week course valued at over $9,000, to set you up for leadership excellence. Key Team & Facilities Our nursing team, many of whom have been with the clinic for over 20 years, are highly qualified, holding Certificate 4 or Diploma. They bring advanced skills in anaesthesia, surgical nursing, behaviour, and dog training. We have on‑site imaging facilities including a CT scanner, fluoroscopy, high‑end endoscopy, and ultrasound. Surgical support includes diathermy, orthopaedic kit, and full anaesthetic monitoring. We perform spinal surgeries, TPLO, TTA, JPS, pinning, plating, external fixations, thoracotomies, and provide oncology services with chemotherapy. Why Join Greencross South Tamworth?
