Overview 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Parliamentary Service is seeking a proactive Project Officer to join our Enterprise Architecture and Program Delivery Team within the Strategy, Policy and Planning Division. You will support project governance, manage small IT projects, conduct quality reviews, assist with planning and reporting, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates hold ICT qualifications and certifications in project management, agile, or ITIL, with proven experience delivering IT projects in complex environments. About The IT Service Area Located within the Strategy, Policy and Planning Division, our Information Technology service area comprises three teams: ICT Categories and Contracts Enterprise Architecture and Program Delivery IT Operations This role sits within the Enterprise Architecture and Program Delivery team, where strategic thinking meets execution excellence. About Your New Role Support project governance, reporting, and risk management Manage small-scale IT projects Conduct quality reviews and track benefits Assist with planning, process improvement, and financial reporting Build stakeholder and vendor relationships Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration What We\'re Looking For We\'re seeking a motivated Project Officer with a strong foundation in IT and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
