This hands‑on role is ideal for someone looking to step up in their FM career, with the guidance of experienced Facilities Managers and access to industry‑leading training. You’ll gain exposure to all facets of retail facilities management including operations, tenant relationships, maintenance, safety, compliance and contractor coordination. What you’ll be doing Coordinating day‑to‑day operations across a portfolio of retail assets Working closely with Facilities Managers, contractors and client stakeholders to maintain safety, compliance and presentation standards Assisting with reporting, contractor performance and asset improvements Providing leave coverage and supporting project works across the portfolio Offering on‑the‑ground support to the FM team during peak retail periods What you’ll bring Experience in facilities or property management, retail asset exposure or a relevant trade / technical background A basic understanding of building services and compliance requirements Strong organisational skills with a customer‑first mindset A practical, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving Retail or contractor management experience is highly regarded Why you’ll love working with CBRE As the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, CBRE provides scale, stability and a clear path for your FM career.
