About You At Infinite Care we hire for heart, so our best people are highly empathic, instil a strong work ethic and passionate about making a difference to the elderly. Ideally, you have worked in the healthcare sector and the ability to “think on your feet”, communicate effectively, build rapport with others, and have a strong "purpose" to help the elderly in our communities, in addition you have; A passion for choosing a career where you can make a difference and willingness to help our company deliver quality of care services everyday Excellent safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety. Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR currently studying. We do recognise other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies. Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector.
