About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in Brisbane — someone who can help us strengthen our digital presence and expand our market reach across Australia. This is a full-time opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives on data, strategy, and results. You’ll take ownership of our digital marketing performance — analysing campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and helping us connect with more customers who need our services most. You’ll use analytics, SEO, PPC, and customer behaviour tracking tools to help us understand what makes our audiences tick and how to better reach them. Your work will directly influence how we plan, design, and optimise our advertising and growth strategies across multiple business units. What you’ll be doing Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that align with overall business and sales goals. Tracking and analysing customer interactions to refine strategies and improve conversion performance. Planning and coordinating advertising activities across platforms including social media, paid search, and content networks. Providing insights and recommendations on SEO performance, ad spend effectiveness, and campaign ROI. Advising internal stakeholders on marketing mix, pricing models, and promotional strategies. Conducting research to identify new market opportunities and emerging audience trends. Reporting on performance metrics and recommending data‑driven improvements. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience, or 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in digital marketing analytics or campaign management. Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and social media marketing platforms. Excellent analytical skills and confidence in translating complex data into actionable insights. Strategic mindset with great attention to detail and creativity in problem‑solving. Why Join AllAces?
