HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT SCOPE OF ROLE: Manages one or more small to medium sized teams consisting of a few disciplines. Low- to medium-complexity. May manage the development of policies and procedures and ensures their conformance with the departments goals and company/customer objectives. Manages the development and administration of schedule and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities. Manages and prioritizes information systems needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility. Keeps well-informed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends and then plans and advises for implementation. May oversee ordering process to meet objectives effectively and economically. Manages vendor relationships and billing reconciliations. Provides guidance and solutions to ensure the information systems needs align with the strategic departmental initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Education : Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical training, certification(s) or experience Experience : 5+ years of related experience Certification: Candidate must possess an appropriate and current DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Certification to be considered for employment. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification is the preferred certification. Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
