Aged Care Pharmacist (Permanent Full Time) For over 60 years, Pharmacy 777 has been a leader in our dedication to the provision of health services and patient care in the community. Our Burwood East location has an opportunity available for a proactive, collaborative, and outcome-focused Aged Care Pharmacist to join our team on a Full‑time basis with an immediate start, with a Tuesday‑Saturday week one and Monday‑Friday week two roster. As a Pharmacy 777 Aged Care Pharmacist, you will have the support to: Deliver holistic, outcome-focused care through accurate clinical review and medication management tailored to aged care residents. Liaise effectively with aged care facility staff and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care and safe medication use. Provide clinical oversight for Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal therapeutic outcomes. Support and guide pharmacy team members , including checking accuracy of technician-prepared medication packs. Ensure accuracy in final checking of medication packs and assist in implementing systems to minimise medication errors. Provide timely clinical advice and product information to aged care staff, supporting appropriate medicine use. Maintain professional development and explore career growth opportunities within Pharmacy 777's aged care and clinical pathways. Position requirements: AHPRA registered pharmacist Effective relationship building skills Ability to work within a team environment Aged care experience Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
