If you're passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities, we'd love to hear from you About the Role As a Disability Support Worker, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Social and community access: Helping clients engage in meaningful activities within their community. In‑home support: Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and more. Personal care and daily living: Providing support with hygiene, grooming, and other personal care activities. Transportation: Assisting clients with transportation to appointments, social activities, and events. High‑care support: Delivering compassionate care to clients with complex and high‑care disability needs. Looking for a Support Worker that can work in Cooma. Shifts are 5 hours a few days a week. Key Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings. Adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and reporting standards. Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check. Current First Aid & CPR certification. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car. What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits.
