Senior Lawyer – Corporate / M&A | 7‑15+ years PAE | International law firm – Commencing in December Engagement is ongoing on an 'as needs' basis. Advising on a broad range of matters including buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, M&A, divestments, joint ventures, restructures, FIRB, capital raising, commercial contracting, continuous disclosure and corporate governance. Lawyer – Environment & Planning | 7‑15+ years PAE | International law firm – Commencing ASAP Engagement is ongoing on an 'as needs' basis. Providing strategic legal advice on approvals, land access, land use, planning, and environmental compliance; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with focus on environmental law issues; advising clients on E & P disputes. Qualifications: 5‑15+ years PAE, gained from leading international/national and pre‑eminent boutique law firms. In‑house E & P experience encouraged. Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel | 5+ years PAE | Market leading energy services company – Commencing ASAP Ideally 4‑5 days per week for ~3 months (with potential to extend). Provide strategic legal support across general advisory, statutory interpretation, electricity regulation and compliance matters. Manage, draft, review and advise on contracts and agreements (e.g., supply and delivery contracts, NDAs, and other legal documentation). Qualifications: 5+ years PAE. Experience in Government or GTE useful. Family Lawyers | 3‑15+ years PAE | Pre‑eminent law firm – Commencing November Engagement is ongoing on an 'as needs' basis. Working across family law matters including property and financial settlements, parenting and custody issues, child support, divorce and separation, and binding financial agreements.
