We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join us on a 12‑month contract and play a central role in delivering a seamless, positive people experience across the firm. The role Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day P&C support across the business. In this role, you will: Answer policy and process queries, provide clear guidance, and triage more complex matters to the wider P&C team. Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding, prepare contracts and variations, keep employee records accurate, and ensure Employment Hero is always up‑to‑date. Help deliver annual firm‑wide activities such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, wellbeing initiatives, promotions, and employee award programs. Maintain the intranet, assist with internal communications, and ensure information is current, clear and accessible. Contribute to improvements in workflows, policies, HRIS functionality and ways of working so our P&C services continue to evolve. Partner with hiring managers and our RPO provider, and run your own recruitment assignments when required. About You Experienced in an HR or administrative support role. Organised, detail‑focused and reliable. A strong communicator who brings warmth, clarity and professionalism. Comfortable juggling deadlines and adapting to changing priorities. Curious, proactive, and keen to learn. Experience in professional services or legal environments is helpful but not essential. Why Join Us?
