You’ll be the first voice our clients hear in moments that matter—from medical emergencies to simple system checks. About the role This isn’t just another call centre role—it’s purpose-driven work that saves lives. We have two full-time, 38-hour per week roles available on a rotating 24/7 roster. You’ll: Answer incoming calls triggered by our clients’ medical and duress alarms Dispatch emergency services where required Provide reassurance and remain calm under pressure Follow clear protocols and accurate admin processes Troubleshoot and support for accidental and test alarm calls You’ll be based in our Brisbane office, with hybrid work opportunities available once trained. What we’re looking for A natural people person with empathy and a calm phone manner Strong resilience and ability to stay composed in emergencies High attention to detail Proven customer service experience Good computer skills and fast, accurate typing #J-18808-Ljbffr
