If so, we want to hear from you At the National Institute of Beauty , we empower aspiring beauty professionals to embark on their dream careers. As a Student Enrolment Adviser , you’ll focus on engaging prospective students (who have already enquired with us) via phone and email, helping them discover the perfect course and taking them one step closer to their goals. What You’ll Do: Convert inbound leads : Respond to prospective students via phone and email, providing expert guidance on our beauty courses. Close the sale : Use your persuasive communication skills to help potential students confidently move forward with enrolment. Customize your approach : Offer personalized advice to ensure every student finds the course that matches their aspirations. Achieve (and exceed) enrolment targets : Maintain empathy and genuine support while meeting performance goals—no cold calling involved Who We’re Looking For: Proven phone-based sales experience : Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication & rapport-building skills : Able to engage, inspire, and persuade prospective students over the phone. A genuine interest in the beauty industry : Eager to learn about our courses and offerings, even if your background isn’t specifically in beauty.
