As part of an AWARD-WINNING team that moves over 250 vehicles every month, we’re seeking a driven, customer-focused professional to join our Call Centre Sales Team as a Customer Experience Consultant . You’ll be joining our tight-knit team in the Customer Contact Centre (CCC) – a group that thrives on collaboration, energy, and delivering five-star service. In this high-volume, phone-based role, you'll engage warm leads, build meaningful connections, and help customers find the perfect vehicle – all while contributing to a supportive and high-performing team environment. What You'll Be Doing Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to drive sales opportunities. Providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance across our range of vehicles. Managing leads through our CRM, following up on enquiries, and converting interest into sales. Introducing customers to our finance and aftercare options with a consultative approach. Meeting KPIs focused on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and engagement. What You’ll Bring A strong phone presence and the ability to connect and communicate with confidence. Experience in call centre sales, customer service, or retail – automotive experience is a plus, but not essential. Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. Results-driven mindset with resilience and a team-first attitude. A current Driver’s Licence (essential). What You’ll Get Base salary + uncapped commissions – with OTE of $120K.
