Head of Sales - Self Insurance at DXC Technology About the Role DXC Technology is launching a new self‑insurance business operation and seeks a Head of Sales to drive growth in the Victorian workers’ compensation market. You will lead a customer‑focused service team from the ground up, ensuring you stay ahead of regulatory changes, industry policies, and market trends to tailor innovative solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and expand sales within the Victorian workers compensation market, driving revenue growth for DXC. Shape organisational strategy, refine delivery models, and ensure overall account success. Uphold and embody DXC’s values and leadership standards, fostering a culture of excellence. Identify and secure new clients while strengthening relationships with the existing client base. Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications Extensive experience in workers compensation, particularly in roles driving growth and development strategies. Extensive customer‑relationship experience – deep expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Commercial acumen & growth focus – ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within a customer portfolio. Adaptability & problem‑solving – proactive in navigating challenges and adjusting to evolving demands. Effective communication & influence – skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels. Data‑driven decision‑making – strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and develop strategic initiatives.
