Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Nursing Unit Manager / Nurse Manager of ICU/PICU. Assist with rostering, recruitment processes, and workforce coordination. Complete audit and data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate education sessions, training courses, and professional development activities for nursing staff. Deliver professional reception and front‑of‑house services for the unit. Support the broader executive administration team in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. About You Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. Able to take initiative and manage competing priorities. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
