This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care by ensuring our clinical teams are well-supported through exceptional administrative coordination. Responsibilities Providing comprehensive administrative support to the NUM/NM of ICU/PICU Assisting with rostering, recruitment processes, and workforce coordination Completing audit and data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinating education sessions, training courses, and professional development activities for nursing staff Delivering professional reception and front-of-house services for the unit Supporting the broader executive administration team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment About You Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn Able to take initiative and manage competing priorities Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Reliable, accountable, and committed to supporting high-quality patient care Benefits Four weeks annual leave (pro‑rata for part‑time employees) Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full‑time employees) Superannuation contributions 12% Salary packaging – up to $9k for living expenses + $2.6k meal & entertainment + Novated leasing Fitness Passport Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for staff and family members Additional Information An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part‑time vacancies We are unable to accommodate visa sponsorship for applicants requiring a visa for this position.
