YOUR ROLE
Join our newly created Workforce Compliance team, as an Employee Relations Lead. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to compliance management as well as the ability to adapt to changing legal and regulatory landscapes.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive workforce compliance framework, policies, and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory landscapes and work closely and engage subject matter experts from across the wider People and Culture team to deliver on compliance obligations and outcomes.

ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR compliance programs.Extensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working in a regulated industry or multinational corporation is desired.Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
