As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the face of our service delivering exceptional support and resolving enquiries with confidence and care. Responsibilities Engage directly with customers across Western Australia Use a variety of computer-based systems to provide solutions Build rapport quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Locations – Immediate Start Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contracts are available now, with potential for extension or permanency. Positions are open across Perth's North and South metropolitan areas, including : Greater North : Butler & Joondalup North : Mirrabooka, Midland & City West Greater South : Mandurah & Rockingham South : Cannington, Kelmscott & Success Schedule Shifts rotate across 7 days a week, between 7 am and 6 pm, offering flexibility and variety.
