About the Role Gaming Attendant | Prince Mark Hotel With great gaming comes great responsibility We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Sound like a good fit? Game on A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant: Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations What do we need from you About you: You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends You hold current industry RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence qualifications You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
