Explore Property Commercial Mackay and Whitsundays – Mackay QLD Explore Property Commercial is seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive to join its team, based in our Mackay office. After exceptional growth, we are looking for an experienced salesperson to further bolster our footprint in the Mackay market. This position offers candidates career progression and can be highly rewarding financially for those driven to succeed. What you will be doing: Prospecting for new business in Commercial Leasing & Sales; Responding to enquiries on listed properties; Property inspections with interested parties; Writing and preparing property advertisements and online listings; Developing innovative marketing strategies; Negotiating sale and leasing terms; Regular reporting to clients; Looking for new business opportunities; Follow up on enquiries & inspections Research & Database management and relevant administration; Assisting our director with various sales and leasing opportunities where needed. About you: You are motivated and driven to achieve the best results possible, and satisfy KPI’s; You will work hard to ensure the performance of your client’s asset is maximised; You will be able to build positive relationships quickly; You have excellent customer service skills & brilliant negotiation skills; You are immaculately presented and have excellent written and oral communication skills; You are able to work unsupervised and time/task orientated, works well in a dynamic team environment; You are persistent, persuasive and responsive; You have a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; You are highly organised, with strong attention to detail; You have proven experience in a similar position; however all interested candidates (particularly those with sales experience) are encouraged to apply; You hold a current real estate licence, or is open to obtaining one if successful; You have a current Queensland Drivers Licence with own presentable vehicle Compensation and benefits Above average retainer and commission structure; Attractive bonuses and perks available to the right candidate We work in a fast paced and fun environment where our team's successes are celebrated; An inclusive team culture of collaboration that provides our people with the tools and environment they need to develop and succeed.
