Sales → Account & Relationship Management On-site Posted 1 day ago Position Due to sustained growth, the company is seeking a Account Manager / Estimator to join their CBD-based team.This office-based position focuses on managing inbound enquiries, quoting signage projects, and overseeing new accounts from initial enquiry through to project completion. Work with warm leads, existing customers and incoming project requests. Key Role Selling Points Nationally recognised signage manufacturer with strong market presence. Warm inbound leads and inquiries to convert. Manage new accounts and see projects through from quote to completion. Strong support from production, design and project delivery teams. Genuine career progression into senior estimating, project management or senior business development. Key Responsibilities Manage all inbound enquiries and warm leads, converting them into active projects. Build and manage relationships with new and existing accounts. Prepare accurate quotes for a wide variety of signage products and installations. Interpret drawings, briefs and technical information to create detailed costings. Oversee projects from initial quote through production and installation, ensuring smooth delivery. Collaborate closely with production, design and installation teams to align expectations and timelines. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure projects meet budget, quality and client requirements. Candidate The ideal applicant has experience in the signage or print industry , with exposure to estimating, internal sales, customer service or account management. A good understanding of signage manufacturing processes and project workflows is advantageous. Experience in signage, print, display, large format or a related industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to interpret drawings, specs or technical details (preferred). High attention to detail and strong administrative skills. Confidence managing customer expectations and overseeing projects. Motivated, adaptable and eager to grow within the signage industry.
