About The Role Rawson Group is searching for a skilled Estimator, Masters and Systems Management . This unique role will sit outside of Production and Sales Estimating teams, where your focus will be on the back‑office analysis of estimating, deployment of new processes in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), display homes BOQ cost analysis & system maintenance. You will partner with internal & external teams on new master designs, reviewing BOQ’s refreshing & updating them, following feedback from Construction Teams, ETS, design or product changes. The role oversees production of BOQ’s, management, updates & creating a database of items based on specifications/upgrades for our modern display homes. You will be the point of contact for display homes & coordinate overrun orders. You will provide the Estimating Manager with sales price lists, reports and cost analysis for comparisons based on price increases, vendor or specification changes. Other functions are systems maintenance and management, including upkeep of regional order profiles, creation & management of the VPB catalogue items. You will build “Mini‑Bills” to improve efficiently in pricing and quantifying variations and options to be added to the master BOQs. You will support & facilitate maintenance of ACC take‑off templates, Databuild recipes and framework for VPB updates.
