The Role Baldivis SC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader to join the leadership team as Program Coordinator – Technologies. As a key member of the school’s Leadership Team, the successful applicant will provide curriculum leadership in Technologies and collaborate with fellow Program Coordinators and School Administrators to implement the Western Australian Curriculum. The successful applicant should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and provide professional leadership to teachers and other staff members in curriculum matters. Ideally the successful applicant has had experience and success across a diverse range of Technologies contexts. The ability to analyse student performance data and use this in planning is highly desirable. The Program Coordinator will ideally be responsible for the annual reflection, review and operational planning cycle. They will lead the Professional Learning Community across their learning area. Staff should engage in reflective practice, informed by a close examination of student performance data and respond with relevant improvement plans.
