We are partnering with a highly respected NFP aged care provider to recruit a Governance & Quality Manager . This key role reports to the Manager of Operations and works alongside an experienced Quality Manager. It is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and confident leading quality and governance initiatives across multiple sites. The Role Support and strengthen the organisation’s clinical governance framework. Work closely with the Quality Manager to enhance systems and processes. Review audit gaps passed on by the Audit Manager and conduct root cause analysis. Develop and implement corrective actions and sustainable improvement strategies. Manage the Quality Management Plan and ensure all policies are current and compliant. Drive a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across the organisation. About You Experience in clinical governance, quality or compliance (aged care or health preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and find practical solutions. Confident working proactively and collaborating with operational and clinical leaders. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Why This Role?
