QUALITY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER (PART-TIME, 3 DAYS/WEEK) Whitebream Australia Pty Ltd – Parramatta NSW Pay-scale: $50 per hour Whitebream Australia isn’t looking for a clipboard-hugging box-ticker. We want someone who actually knows how to build, enforce, and protect a compliance framework. The role Part-time (3 days per week), based in our Parramatta office. Mandatory weekly travel to the Central Coast. You’ll own compliance across Quality, Governance, and Operational Standards. That means tightening systems, auditing performance, fixing gaps fast, and keeping the business ahead of regulatory requirements — not reacting after problems blow up. What you’ll do Maintain, update, and improve internal quality & compliance frameworks. Lead internal audits and ensure corrective actions don’t die in a spreadsheet. Conduct site visits (including weekly Central Coast travel). Train staff on compliance expectations and enforce accountability. Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates. Prepare reports for leadership with clear, no-nonsense recommendations. Make sure compliance isn’t optional — it’s embedded. What you must bring Proven 2 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, or Governance roles. Strong understanding of Australian regulatory and operational standards. Ability to build systems that actually work, not cosmetic paperwork. Impeccable attention to detail. Confidence to challenge bad practice and shut down slack.
