Now Hiring: SAP Finance Architect Consultant Employment: Permanent Role Experience: 13+ years of overall IT experience Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders). Key Responsibilities Lead the successful implementation and architecture of SAP Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and Treasury modules , including Central Finance . Provide functional expertise, configuration, customization, and solution guidance across SAP S/4HANA Finance landscapes. Design and drive end-to-end SAP FICO solutions , ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as CO (COPC, COPA, CCA), ML, New GL, TR, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, and T&E. Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related solutioning, troubleshooting, and performance improvement. Conduct solution workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and design reviews with business stakeholders and technical teams. Translate business requirements into functional specifications , and guide technical teams through implementation and testing. Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure sustainable operations. Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations and roadmap , continuously enhancing skills in the latest SAP financial technologies. Ensure quality delivery, adherence to project timelines , and alignment with enterprise architecture principles. Required Skills & Experience 13+ years of total IT experience , with significant experience in SAP Finance and Controlling . Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations in large, complex environments. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance , including: FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking) CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA, COPC) Central Finance (CFIN), Material Ledger (ML), New GL, and Treasury Deep understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, T&E). Proven experience in solution architecture, business process design, and configuration . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to conduct and lead complex solution workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in consulting and client-facing environments , with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
