What You’ll Do: Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets and customer segments to grow the business. Client Acquisition: Proactively source and acquire new retail and corporate clients, building a robust customer base. Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate a strong network of agents and partners to expand their reach. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective and strategic initiatives. Compliance: Ensure all business activities adhere to international financial regulations. Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting regular market and competitor research. Reporting: Provide clear and concise sales and performance reports to senior management. Who We’re Looking For: You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. You have 3-5+ years of proven experience in business development within financial services, specifically in remittance, banking, or fintech. You have a deep understanding of the foreign exchange and remittance market and its associated regulations. Your negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are excellent.
