Digital Sales Specialist - Australia Thule Group is looking for a Digital Sales Specialist to drive online sales growth and elevate the full digital customer journey across Thule.com, marketplaces, and key digital marketing platforms in the Australian market. What you’ll do at Thule Lead and execute local digital sales activities with a clear focus on growth, channel performance, and brand consistency. Manage and optimize campaigns, product visibility, and on-site merchandising for the Australian market. Analyze data to identify opportunities, improve conversion, and enhance the customer journey across digital touchpoints. Play a key role in establishing ways of working and contribute to building a strong foothold for Thule’s DTC business in Australia. What you bring Strong foundation in e‑commerce and digital marketing with operational experience driving online sales and channel performance. Degree in e‑commerce, digital marketing, business, or related field and hands‑on use of key digital tools such as CRM, CMS, PIM, Adobe Analytics, Qlik Sense. Experience developing and executing localized digital campaigns that support brand positioning and commercial objectives. Proactive, structured, commercially driven – able to identify opportunities, recommend actions, and collaborate effectively with local and global teams.
