This integration is not just about growth; it's also about creating more opportunities for all of our team members.As our business continues to grow, we are seeking talented candidates to be involved in the integration and streamlining of our operations to continue Redpath's development and ability to continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients and partners.About The RoleThe primary role of the Finance Officer is intended to provide administrative and financial support to the accountants as well as to build good relationships with suppliers and clients of Redpath Australia and other related entities to resolve all account issues on timely basis.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure supplier invoices, credit card statements and expense reports are keyed accurately in ESI-AP (Electronic Supplier Interface) on a timely basis Management of Accounts Payable & Receivable procedures and updating documents in System Documents Assist with reconciliations as requested Comply with internal controls when issuing payments About YouMinimum 5 years of full function accounts payable or receivable experience in a high-volume environment with exposure to automated payment processExposure to mining industry preferred Ability to effectively communicate financial results to a variety of stakeholders The ability to question and interpret results and seek answers to support operations Ideally experience with Oracle, JD Edwards or Pronto Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and budgeting Familiarity with financial forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability metrics Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn and grow professionally In return you can expectCareer path through internal promotions Competitive salary package Salary Sacrifice for Superannuation and Novated car leasing Discounted health insurance with BUPA Employee Assistance (4 sessions per annum), well-being assistance that is free for all the family.
