Mental Health Clinicians - Community Mental Health Requisition No: 6481 Executive Division: Operations Program: Mental Health Services Department: Community Team Maribyrnong Enterprise Agreement: Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Job Function: Mental Health Project: Employment Type: Ongoing, Full Time Salary: RPN3 / OT2 / SW2 / P2 (Open to Multiple Disciplines) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About the Role: We are expanding our community mental health workforce and have multiple opportunities for Mental Health Clinicians to join our Case Management, Intake and Intensive Support Program (ISP) teams. These roles provide a great balance of clinical work, assessment, care coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will support consumers with a range of mental health needs while working in a welcoming, supportive team environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing recovery-focused clinical assessment and intervention Coordinating care and working closely with families, carers and other providers Completing timely, accurate documentation across key platforms Contributing to team-based activities and maintaining a positive team culture Meeting KPIs consistent with tertiary mental health services What You’ll Bring: Relevant qualification and registration (Nursing, Social Work, OT or Psychology) Minimum 2 years mental health experience Strong assessment, communication and engagement skills Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic community setting P lease refer to the below Position Descriptions for details of each function.
