About The Role CSR has two full‑time positions available at our busy Hallam Distribution Centre, offering consistent hours and a supportive team environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse, operating forklifts safely and efficiently, and using RF scanning technology to maintain accurate inventory records. If you thrive in a fast‑paced setting and take pride in precision and safety, this is the opportunity for you. Shift Times 6am – 2pm 9am – 5pm Key Responsibilities Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer Operating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficiently Monitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rules Maintaining accurate paperwork for despatch Contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment A strong housekeeping mindset What You’ll Bring Forklift Licence (Counterbalance) – Essential Previous experience in warehouse operations using a forklift Proven experience in RF Scanning Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboard Team player with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset Good attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacy What We Offer Supportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusion.
