Area Manager

You will be a proven sales and operations leader who can optimise operational processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness and successfully drive sales performance. You will have the opportunity to make you mark executing and delivering on exciting business growth plans and capital investment.The priorities of the role include:
• Senior leadership of Operational, Distribution and Sales staff, promoting a high-performing culture• Lead and execute strategies to achieve operational excellence• Champion a strong safety culture• Oversee the sales channel to achieve customer growth• Coaching and developing team members• Collaborate with other Area, Operations and Regional Leaders to identify areas for process improvement• P&L, EBIT & financial reporting responsibilityAbout your experienceYou will be a strategic leader with an innovative mindset, proficient in problem-solving and effective communication skills. As an Area Manager, you must prioritise fostering a strong safety culture, emphasizing customer focus, and demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach.To be successful in this role you will also be able to demonstrate:
