What you’ll deliver with us Our Salesforce Technical Project Manager is one of the stream Project Managers working on project deliverables for our Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) layer specifically. This is a critical position that is responsible for running the whole Salesforce stream from a day‑to‑day project management perspective. There are 4 other project managers across the program, and they all report up into our CXT Service Layer Technical Program Manager. This is a project funded position and will extend to June 2027. It is a standard project manager position who will be delivering a Salesforce project. The project manager supports the delivery of project(s), over the full project lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment), to meet the agreed business needs, identifying and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality. This person will engage with BAU for deployment and interact with our new DevOps team on release timing as well as work closely with the business on the operational side. You’ll also Adheres to Project Management Framework, tools, processes and reporting principles. Ensures Project Management Plan including the project schedule with deliverables, milestones and dates is agreed and signed off, and aligns to the Business Project Management Plan and Project Schedule. Engage service providers to support innovation and project execution. Participates in in‑flight reviews and health checks of projects and makes solid recommendations for actions. Follows up on implementation improvements. Proactively tracks and manages Actuals against Forecast, ensuring ‘Estimated Actuals to Completion’ and ‘Estimated Time to Completion’ fall within allocated project financials. About you We are seeking someone with the ability to manage delivery across multiple layers with interdependent initiatives and features. You will be operating within a delivery model that releases initiatives incrementally, requiring granular planning and coordination across squads. Internally you will collaborate with Product Owners, Technical PMs, Business Owners, Testing team and Change Leads to align delivery with strategic goals. It’s critical to have good stakeholder management skills as you’ll have to provide timely updates to key stakeholders, building awareness of project status, Risks, Issues and Dependencies. You’ll also need Experience delivering a Salesforce project in an enterprise environment Comfortable managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to select and adapt the appropriate delivery model based on initiative complexity, stakeholder needs, and technology constraints. Familiarity with Salesforce (particularly Service Cloud), Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, ServiceNow and MS Office with understanding of CCaaS Has demonstrated management of several projects simultaneously from conception to implementation and realisation of program objectives Has previously worked with a multi‑disciplinary program team (e.g. business, IT, project, vendors) Manage a largely contractor‑based workforce across Technology. Ability to control and hold AP vendor‑engagements to account when executing deliverables and milestones within the delivery and financial constructs of the SOW.
