Job description Role: Senior Educator Location: Orange Centre: Goodstart Molong Road Employment Type: Permanent | Full time | 38 hours p / w Pay: Up to $43.44 per hour + Super (at least 5% above award) Responsibilities As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You’ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. About Goodstart Molong Rd 90 places in centre Operating hours Monday to Friday, 3:00 am to 6:30 pm (rotating 5‑day roster) Community Involvement Active in the community, participating in the ANZAC Day March and NAIDOC Week each year, fundraising events, and holding centre events for children and families. Team A dedicated team of educators including four Early Childhood Teachers.
