We are seeking an experienced and safety‑focused Ground Improvement Foreman to join our high‑performing team and help deliver critical infrastructure projects. About the Role As a Ground Improvement Foreman, you will play a key role in leading site teams, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of ground improvement works. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site crews to meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of jet grouting, DSM activities and ground improvement projects Supervise and mentor site crews to ensure safe work practices Monitor project progress and ensure targets are achieved Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards Support a strong safety culture through leadership and adherence to procedures About You Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in ground improvement or geotechnical construction / Piling Industry (Must have this industry background) Hands‑on experience in ground improvement, especially jet grouting or DSM Strong understanding of safety standards, QA/QC processes, and project execution Ability to lead and motivate teams on‑site Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering quality work Why Work with Us Work with a global industry leader in geotechnical solutions Career development and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Competitive salary and employee benefits Above industry paid parental leave Gain exposure to major projects with opportunities for travel How to Apply We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining the right people who are highly competent, live our values and actively contribute to our long‑term success.
