You will work closely with the at home care team to have an in-depth knowledge of clients’ individual needs. These may include: Transportation Use of mobility aids and personal equipment Assisting clients with activities of daily living Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping About you You have a passion for caring for the older members of our community and their families, whilst making a difference to someone’s everyday life. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals. Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or related field Valid driver's license First Aid/CPR certification Why VMCH?
