Join a national Food Distributor located in Hemmant that is seeking both experienced and newly licensed Forklift Operators / Pick Packers to become part of their growing team as they expand with new supply contracts for major brands. Key Responsibilities: Forklift Operations: Safely load unload move and stack goods in the warehouse. Pick Pack: Accurately pick and pack orders ensuring correct items and quantities. Organization: Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety and hygiene standards. Equipment Checks: Conduct routine forklift inspections and report any issues. Inventory Assistance: Help with stock control and inventory management. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Forklift License: Valid license required; both experienced and new operators are encouraged to apply (training available for newly licensed individuals). No Forklift Licence please feel free to apply. Warehouse Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred and experience in food distribution is a plus (but not essential-well train you). Physical Fitness: Ability to handle manual tasks and stay active throughout the day. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and careful attention to your work. Communication Skills: Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly. Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts.
