Forklift Operators / Pick Packers | $35.14 - $40.06/hr + OT + Penalties | Townsville QLD Are you ready to join a growing warehouse team? We’re looking for experienced and newly licensed Forklift Operators / Pick Packers to join the expanding team of a well-known national food distributor in Townsville. Multiple Available Positions: Day shifts: Monday to Friday roster, starting at 7:00am Afternoon shifts: Sunday to Thursday roster, starting at 3:00pm Key Duties: Forklift Operations: Safely load, unload, move, and stack products in the warehouse. Work Environment: Work in dry food areas, chillers, and freezers (freezer gear provided). Pick & Pack: Accurately pick and pack orders with the correct items and quantities. Equipment Checks: Perform routine forklift inspections and report any issues. Inventory Support: Help with stock control and inventory tasks. What We’re Looking For: Forklift Licence: A valid forklift licence is required. Whether you’re experienced or newly licensed, we encourage you to apply. Warehouse Experience: Previous warehouse experience, particularly in food distribution, is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided. Physical Fitness: Able to perform manual tasks throughout your shift. Attention to Detail: Accurate and careful in your work. Good Communication: Works well with others and communicates clearly.
