Preparation and presentation of loan proposals and recommendations of lenders to clients to ensure they have been fully explained detail to understand the products on offer. Liaising with Lenders and Clients throughout the application process. Continue to enhance your skills as a Mortgage Broker while building meaningful relationships with external referrers that provide you with high-quality referral clients. You'll be provided with full management support and guidance when you are prospecting for new relationships. Requirements: Good personality with excellent communication and customer service skills Eager to build a lifetime and fulfilling career Ambitious, self-driven, eager and commercially astute individual Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPIs Valid working rights in Australia Mandarin can be used as a working language We appreciate each candidate's interest, however, due to the large amount of applications received every day, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
