About the role Are you an experienced Civil Project Manager with a solid background in civil mine site infrastructure? Ready to step into a leadership role where your expertise drives meaningful outcomes in a technically challenging and rewarding environment? We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Project Manager to oversee our tailings dam lift works situated in Northwest Queensland. You'll play a vital role in delivering civil infrastructure projects to the highest standards - with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Your Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tailings dam lift and other site related projects Manage on-site teams, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors, and civil crews to ensure project milestones are met Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality controls Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety and environmental standards About You Proven experience managing civil projects within the mining/resources industry Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with tailings dam construction/lifts Familiarity with metalliferous mining operations , ideally in Queensland Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills RMS offers attractive remuneration packages and flexible working conditions.
