The Role: We are welcoming experienced candidates for the Full-Time Chef de Partie position to thrive across all the sections. The Criteria: Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, stock ordering, and menu development - incorporating seasonal fresh local produce. Have a passion for creating delicious, expertly prepared, cooked, and presented food. Keep an organized kitchen and uphold a food safety program to assist in maintaining the kitchen, food, and hygiene standards. Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurant’s concepts and menus. Leading by example in the back of house Monitoring portion and waste control Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards The Skills: Hold relevant qualifications At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in a high-volume kitchen. Demonstrate motivation, commitment, and attention to detail Effective communication skills with a growth mindset to continually learn and improve. Thrive in a high volume and high-pressure environment. Creative flair, passion, and strong knowledge of food production High standards of cleanliness and hygiene WHS, Food Safety and HACCP knowledge Previous experience in Gastro Pub style venue will be highly regarded.
