Content Marketing Advisor As the Content Marketing Advisor, you’ll bring Endeavour Lotteries to life through creative, scroll‑stopping content that celebrates our Prize Homes, winners, and the life‑changing impact of every ticket sold. You’ll plan, film, edit and produce engaging multi‑channel stories while working closely with creative partners, agencies and the Lotteries team to drive brand engagement and inspire supporter action. Key Duties Plan, capture and produce engaging social and digital content. Develop fresh creative concepts and content strategies. Film and edit short‑form content using mobile tools and equipment. Attend Prize Home shoots and live activations to capture content. Work with agencies, photographers and videographers to deliver high‑quality assets. Engage online communities and support social media responsiveness. Use insights and trends to guide creative decisions. Report on content performance and support continuous improvement. You’re confident both behind the camera and on screen, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams. You bring energy, imagination and a strong understanding of what makes content connect emotionally with audiences. To Succeed In This Role Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in content marketing or social media. Proven ability to create and edit short‑form video content. Strong understanding of social media culture and platform trends. Experience producing content across social, digital, email and video. Ability to interpret content performance data and apply insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. High attention to detail and comfort working at pace. You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
