Responsibilities Dynamic Content Creation: Be at the forefront of crafting engaging content for digital platforms, social media and promotional materials that captivate both internal and external audiences. Internal Employee Engagement: Contribute to the internal communication engagement of employees by keeping everyone connected globally through our various platforms. Campaign Support: Dive into coordinating a new, content campaign and delivering impactful communication activities globally. Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent and polished brand representation across all communication channels and materials, especially in our diversification of our commodities and geographies. Creative Design Opportunities: Leverage your experience with Adobe Creative and design tools to elevate marketing visuals and materials. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Engage with project teams, external vendors, and local groups to source content and deliver meaningful engagement. Support Global Platforms: Assist in the effective administration of Sedgman websites and intranet platforms, ensuring system integrity and configuration align with corporate standards. Community & Industry Engagement: Strengthen local stakeholder relationships through community initiatives, while supporting industry partnerships and events to showcase organisational excellence. Qualifications Content Creation: Advanced skills in crafting compelling written, visual, and digital content tailored to different audiences and platforms. Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for working with teams, community stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, design tools, and analytic software to create top‑tier marketing materials and monitor their success. Brand Consistency: A sharp eye for maintaining brand identity across all communications while ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies. Passion for Growth: A commitment to continuous improvement, building relationships, and fostering innovation in marketing and communication practices. Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (preferred). A solid foundation in marketing and communications with 3‑5 years of experience driving brand awareness across multiple channels.
