Client Engagement Lead – Pilot Program This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that makes a real difference in regional and remote communities. As part of a new pilot program, you will play a key role in driving service growth and ensuring empathetic yet timely access to care for clients. You will lead with empathy—both in how you support your team and how you engage with customers—creating a positive, client‑focused experience. About the Role As the Client Engagement Lead, you will coach and empower a regional team of Client Engagement Consultants to achieve targets and deliver exceptional client experiences. You’ll combine strategic planning with hands‑on leadership to ensure clients connect quickly to the services they need. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team to meet regional targets through consultative selling and strategic outreach. Own the pipeline – set plans, monitor forecasts, and ensure timely progression of leads through the funnel. Build partnerships with referral agencies and community organisations to expand reach and impact. Champion client experience from first enquiry through onboarding, removing barriers and ensuring seamless service access. Collaborate strategically with marketing and operations to align acquisition initiatives with organisational goals. Drive compliance and quality in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and integratedliving policies. What We’re Looking For You’ll be a natural leader with a passion for client engagement and a strong understanding of regional communities. Your ability to coach, motivate, and deliver results will be key to success in this role. Key Requirements Relevant tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV or above) or proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or community engagement within aged care, health, or related sectors. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring a small team to achieve measurable outcomes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Understanding of regional and remote communities and the challenges of service delivery. Ability to travel occasionally across service areas. Current Driver’s Licence and National Police Check.
