Senior Finance Business Partner - Property Development Our client is a well-established organisation within the property development sector, delivering multi-site projects with a strong focus on quality, customer experience and operational excellence. The business continues to invest in its people, systems and commercial capability, creating a professional and supportive environment for finance professionals seeking exposure across development projects, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity with strong exposure across major projects and the chance to add value from day one. You will lead financial reporting and forecasting at a project level, providing accurate analysis and partnering with operational teams to support informed, timely decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Lead project‑level month‑end reporting, including margin analysis, reconciliations and key financial controls Manage project forecasts, cash flow modelling and variance analysis Provide clear financial insights that support operational planning and strategic decisions Produce financial inputs for project reviews, feasibility assessments and internal reporting Support audit, governance and broader financial reporting requirements Enhance finance processes, data accuracy and reporting efficiency Build effective relationships across cross‑functional teams About You Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, with CA/CPA qualification Industry exposure to development, construction or other project‑based environments is highly regarded Strong technical capability across financial reporting, project costing and analysis Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with modern ERP systems Clear, confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively across project, operational and finance teams What’s in it for You Hybrid flexibility with 2 days a week from home + modern office space High‑impact role with visibility across key projects and senior decision‑makers Opportunity to uplift reporting, improve processes and influence commercial outcomes Supportive, collaborative finance team with strong leadership A growing organisation where finance is central to strategy and delivery If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, click Apply to submit your application.
