This is an exceptional opportunity for qualified early childhood professionals already living in Australia with valid work rights who are seeking long-term, meaningful employment with sponsorship opportunities. Recruitment will commence immediately , with interviews planned from late December through early January . About the Role Lead the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs across multiple community locations Supervise and mentor local staff to ensure consistent, culturally responsive service delivery Coordinate resources, logistics and daily operations across sites Develop and deliver children’s programming aligned with the National Quality Framework Provide operational reporting and contribute to program improvements Support safe, engaging and educational environments for children Mandatory Selection Criteria Submission Shortlisted candidates MUST complete the selection criteria BEFORE the preliminary interview.Applications will not be considered unless the selection criteria are addressed in full. Demonstrated ability to plan program activities, including accurately allocating time, budget and resources. Demonstrated ability to work within legislative frameworks. Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely reports on services and activities. Ability to supervise, coach and develop employees from a range of cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements relevant to childcare services. Awareness of the socio-economic factors affecting Aboriginal people in remote locations. Additional Requirements 8. Current Class C Driver’s Licence. 9. Acceptable National Police Check. 10. Ochre Card (Working With Children Clearance).
