Description:
Are you interested in delivering a transformational climate change and energy campaign to support the people of NSW?
The ECCS Marketing and Communications team is looking for a Communication Advisor to support the delivery of the upcoming NSW Consumer Energy Strategy and other energy initiatives. The Strategy is one of the highest priority campaigns across government and will be supporting households and small businesses in their role at the centre of NSW’s energy transition to net zero emissions.
This role will focus on a range of energy initiatives to make energy information more accessible, connect households and businesses to a range of benefits and protections and ultimately encourage affordable action on climate change to reach out net zero targets. The communications this role responsible for will help people save money on their bills, make their homes more comfortable and make informed choices.
We are looking for a Communications Advisor with demonstrated experience in:
- developing customer centric marketing and communications content and campaigns for diverse audience groups
- coordinating multi-channel marketing and advertising campaigns
- translating technical information into plain English messaging
- working is a dynamic and fast paces environment with the ability to juggle competing deadlines and priorities
Opportunity:
Environmental Officer 8 (EO8) Communications Advisor temporary role for 12 months.
