Established in 1975, we’re a family‑owned wholesaler and retailer of market‑leading combines, foragers, hay equipment, seeders, spreaders and sprayers for global brands such as CLAAS and AMAZONE. We have 33 dealers across New Zealand and Australia with support offices in Christchurch, Melbourne and Perth. What’s the job? No over‑complicated descriptions here; as a Sales Representative, your primary role is to drive consistent machinery sales in the Wagga Wagga region. We expect that you’ll do this by keeping in regular contact with existing customers and creating opportunities for sales with them, whilst also working to find new customers. What’s in it for you? There’s great earning potential here with a competitive base and an uncapped commission scheme. You’ll get a fully maintained work ute, mobile phone and laptop. We provide extensive training on and off site to set our people up for success. Who are you? You have a proven background of successful sales – ideally in a similar industry, but that’s not essential; if you can sell, we’ll teach you about our products. Farmers and contractors know how to negotiate, so do you, finding a win‑win is your goal. Whilst you love being out and about doing deals, you know that completion of paperwork is important. You’re the sort of person that others want to talk to, probably because of the passion you have for what you do. You get a kick out of closing a deal, but you’re not an “at any cost” sales rep; you know that being a team player is important and will respect our values: In It Together, Front Up and Keep Growing.
